This course meets the requirements to apply for a Missouri Concealed Carry Permit. It will cover firearms safety, maintenance and storage. We will discuss the laws that pertain to the use of force and weapons. The class will conclude with a live fire practice and test.

Students will need: a handgun, semi-automatic or revolver, at least 40 rounds of ammunition, eye protection, hearing protection and clothing appropriate for the weather as the shooting portion of the class is held outdoors.

Taekwondo

Our Taekwondo program provides students with a friendly and informative atmosphere for everyone regardless of age, ability, or physical condition. Students learn valuable self-defense techniques that give them the confidence in day to day activities. Like any martial art properly taught and properly practiced, Taekwondo is a non-aggressive and ethical system of self-defense.

Cardio Kickboxing

Want to get in shape? Firm up? Lose weight? Just work off some of that frustration? We’ve got you covered! We offer Cardio Kickboxing classes several times a week.

If you take a look at our schedule you can see that we have Cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m.

But what you don’t see is that the 7:15 p.m. Adult TKD classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday begin with 45-minutes of Cardio! So if the morning classes don’t fit into your schedule, you can still get your fix in the evenings.

The cost for Cardio is $39.00 per month. And if you just want to drop in, you can do that, too — wear your comfy work-out clothes and bring $5.00. It’s just that easy to get sweaty.

Mr. Tony Page

Mr. Tony Page started his martial arts training when he was just 10 years old. His first style, Judo, was a grappling art, and he reached brown belt when he was 12 years old. He particularly enjoyed the stand-up part of Judo, which consisted of 40 different throws and takedowns.
